Returns & Refunds policy

At EssaouiraPortrait, we strive to provide the best experience for our clients. We understand that plans can change, and we have created a flexible policy to ensure that your booking is handled fairly.

1. Advance Payment & Reservation

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to secure your photoshoot booking.

  • The advance payment will be credited toward a future photoshoot if you need to reschedule (see rescheduling policy below).

  • The remaining balance of your photoshoot will be due in cash after the photoshoot is completed.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Client:
    If you need to cancel your photoshoot, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

    • If you cancel with more than 48 hours' notice, your advance payment will be retained, but you can use it as a credit toward a future session.

    • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the photoshoot, the advance payment will not be refunded or credited.

  • Cancellation by EssaouiraPortrait:
    If, for any reason, we are unable to conduct your photoshoot (e.g., weather conditions or emergency circumstances), we will offer a full refund of the advance payment, or we can reschedule your session to a convenient time for you.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled photoshoot without any prior notice, the advance payment will not be refunded or credited, as we will not be able to fill your reserved slot.

4. Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule your photoshoot, we are happy to accommodate your request with at least 48 hours' notice. The advance payment will be applied to the new session date.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the photoshoot will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment.

5. Refunds after Photoshoot

  • Once the photoshoot is completed, no refunds will be issued for the services provided.

  • If you are not satisfied with your photos or video, please contact us immediately. We are committed to working with you to ensure that you are happy with the final results. If necessary, we can discuss potential adjustments or re-editing.

6. Special Circumstances

  • In case of unforeseen events such as illness or accidents that prevent you from attending, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your situation and discuss possible options for rescheduling or issuing a credit toward a future session.
